目的 Purpose
第1条：当サイトは高校生を中心として快く使用する場である。

第2条：当サイトを使用する者は他の使用者を不快にさせる行為をしてはならない。

第3条：当サイトの掲示板などに広告、アダルトサイトのＵＲＬ、それに類するものを貼り付けることの一切を禁止する。

第4条：当サイトで許可されたもの（画像、会話それに準ずるもの）以外を他のサイトへ貼り付け、私有化の一切を禁止する。

第5条：管理人以外のサイト内容の変更を禁止する。

第7条：第2条の他人に迷惑となる行為は、アダルトサイトの書き込み、広告、思想的なサイト、同じ内容の書き込みの連続、IDを変えての書き込み（他のサイト利用者を不快にするID）、内容の意味が不明、伝わりにくいものである。

第11条：当サイトと相互リンク、または当サイトへのリンクをする場合、当サイトの管理人の承諾を必要とする。

第19条：管理人は不適切、規則違反、訪問者からの苦情による投稿はその投稿をしたものに訂正、削除を命じることができる。是正が認められないと判断した場合、その投稿者に対して今後の投稿を禁止しなければならない。

第2条：ブログ管理人は自身の提供する情報に責任を持って掲載しなければならない。
